Wauw Capow creates children’s clothes inspired by the playful spirit of children. Founded in 2008 under the name BangBang Copenhagen, clothes are carefully designed to fit children’s shape and movements, making them comfortable to play in. When children play, they get messy, so Wauw Capow's clothes are made of high-quality textiles, and when possible also eco-certified textiles. Clothes are produced in a family-owned factory which they personally visit twice a year to ensure fair work conditions, and Wauw Capow works closely with local NGOs including the Red Cross, Faraja School and a daycare for disabled children.
At Hornby & Jones we just love the entire Wauw Capow ethos, and how their designs are inspired by modern and conceptional arts and colours with a nod to the comfort and functionality of streetwear.
